Holding(s) in Company

PAC received notification on 10 July 2008 that Allied Irish Banks plc ("AIB") and its subsidiaries held,

as at 8 July 2008, 1,569,975 ordinary shares of €0.50 each in the capital of the Company, representing

6.92% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The interest of 1,569,975 ordinary shares of €0.50 each consisted of:

(i) 17,220 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Bank of New York Nominees Limited; and

(ii) 1,552,755 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Limited.
