Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company has received, on 21 September 2015, a notification from Aberforth Partners LLP that as of 18 September 2015 they have a total interest in 17,064,097 ordinary shares which represents 7.97% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This total interest is made up of a voting interest in 10,771,520 ordinary shares (representing 5.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) and a non-voting interest in 6,292,577 ordinary shares (representing 2.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) due to discretionary investment management powers exercisable by Aberforth Partners LLP.
