Digital Classics PLC16 February 2005 Digital Classics PLC ("Digital Classics" or the "Company") Holding in Company Digital Classics received notification from Apace Group Limited (a companycontrolled by Didier Stoessel, the former Chairman of the Company) on 16February 2005 that it had sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p ("OrdinaryShares") on 8 February 2005, 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares on 11 February 2005,3,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 14 February 2005 and a further 500,000 OrdinaryShares on 15 February 2005.
