Substantial shareholder notice
Ferrum Crescent, the ASX, AIM and JSE Limited quoted iron ore developer today announces that it has received a substantial shareholder notice received from Mr Alan Jenks dated 10 December 2014, a copy of which is attached. Mr Jenks' holding has increased from 58,155,051 to 77,505,870 Ferrum Crescent shares, crossing the threshold of 14% and representing 14.94% of the Company's ordinary shares.
