On 5 September 2013, the Company received notification that, as of 3 September 2013, UBS Investment Bank held directly a beneficial interest in 200,568,202 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), consisting of 100,195,265 Ordinary Shares and equity swaps over 100,372,937 Ordinary Shares with maturities on 1 April 2016 and 1 April 2019, representing 9.2% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
