Tracsis has today received the following notification of change in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:
Following an acquisition of shares on 31 May 2011 Parkwalk Advisors Limited now hold 777,778 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 3.2% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 3.2% of the total voting rights in the Company.
