Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified on 23 December 2011 that The 181 Fund Ltd now holds approximately 18.49 million ordinary shares in Hightex, representing approximately 9.8% of the Company's total issued share capital.
