Holdings in company

The Company received notification today that ForwardIssue Limited has transferred 131,579 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Acacia Pension Scheme (formerly, The Naggar Family Pension Scheme). As a result, ForwardIssue Limited has no remaining interest in the Ordinary Shares and Acacia Pension Scheme has an interest in 261,842 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 6.49 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Both entities are connected to Guy Naggar.
