Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified today that Mr. Andrea Micheli purchased a total of 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company on Monday 17th Dec 2012. Consequently, he is in interested in 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
