It has today come to the Company's attention that on 16 September 2015 it had been notified that, following the acquisition on 9 September 2015 of 2,065,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 ("Shares") in Spectra, Worsley Investors Fund's interest in the Shares now amounts to 6,870,000 shares representing 15.18% of the issued capital of Spectra.
