The issuer advises that the following replaces the Hambledon Mining PLC Holding(s) in Company announcement released on 17 November 2010, 12.12 PM GMT,

The acquisition of shares on 16 November 2010 was of 3,500,000 and not 5,000,000 as previously disclosed.

The corrected version is shown below.

Hambledon was informed on 17 November 2010 by Somercourt Investments Limited (Somercourt") that, following a purchase of 20,000,000 ordinary shares on 10 November 2010 and a further purchase of 3,500,000 ordinary shares on 16 November 2010, Somercourt are now interested in a total of 23,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 4.55% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
