CSS Stellar plc ("the Company") was informed on 9 December that AcquisitorHoldings Ltd acquired 2,895,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company,being 9.99% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue. As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor HoldingsLtd in the Company is 7,983,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 27.55% of thetotal voting shares in issue.
