IBEX Global Solutions plc (AIM: IBEX), a leading provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, was informed on 9 November 2016 that on 7 November 2016 The Resource Group International Limited ("TRGI") bought 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company for 109.75p each. Zia Chishti, Mohammed Khaishgi and John Leone are directors of IBEX and are also directors of TRGI.
Following this transaction, TRGI has an interest in 28,095,676 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 71.0% of the issued share capital.
