Holding in Company
The Company was notified yesterday that Toscafund Asset Management LLP had acquired 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 54.50 pence per Ordinary Share on 1 March 2017 and is now interested in an aggregate of 265,661,225 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 59.03 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
