TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company received notice on 11 September 2008 from Armor Capital Management, LLC, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that its direct interest in voting rights in respect of shares now amounts to less than 3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
