Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received on 14th March 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund, stating that, following market trades made on 14th March 2014, Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund together have an interest in 14,187,600 ordinary shares which represents 8.08% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 175,778,250 ordinary shares.
