Disclosure of significant shareholding 

The Company was notified on 13 July 2009 that, pursuant to the Placing announced on 8 July 2009, Clare Hughes subscribed for 49,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share. 

Following this transaction Clare Hughes holds a total of 49,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 9.997 per cent. of the issued share capital.
