Disposal of Shareholding
MBL Group plc (AIM: MUBL) today announces that it has been notified that Sefton Group plc ("Sefton Group") and Sefton Media Limited ("Sefton Media") have sold their entire combined shareholding in MBL on 14 October 2013.
The total shares sold, representing 12.07% of MBL's issued share capital, were as follows:
(i) | Sefton Group | 965,079 | Ordinary Shares of £0.75 each; and |
(ii) | Sefton Media | 1,122,500 | Ordinary Shares of £0.75 each |
Neither Sefton Group nor Sefton Media have any remaining direct or indirect shareholding in MBL.
