The Board of Brady, the natural resources focused investment company, was informed on 27 December 2012 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 December 2012, Peel Hunt LLP has a beneficial interest in 8,932,505 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 14.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of Brady.
