The Company received notification on 19 September 2012 that Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") became interested in a further 23,761 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The acquisition took place on 13 September 2012, and represents 0.13 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. Radmat is now interested in 546,925 Ordinary Shares representing 3.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
