The Company received notification on 7 July 2008 that following the sale on 2 July 2008 of 1,675,000 shares, AXA S.A. has a notifiable interest in 843,783 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 3.21% of the Company's total voting rights.
820,000 shares are held by Axa Framlington and 23,873 shares are held by Sun Life Pensions Management Ltd.
