Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 15 June 2012 it received notification that, following the disposal of 75,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 June 2012, Schroders plc now has an indirect interest, represented by shares held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients of Schroder Investment Management Limited, in 10,359,543 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.917% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
