Sanctuary Group PLC15 April 2005 Notification of Major interests in shares The Sanctuary Group plc ("the Company") 15 April 2005 The Company was notified on 14 Apr 2005 that FMR Corp and its direct andindirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its directand indirect subsidiaries has increased its holding to 47,643,171 ordinaryshares of 12.5p in the capital of the Company, representing 12.84% of theCompany's issued share capital.
