The Directors of Hayward Tyler Group plc (AIM: HAYT.L), the specialist engineering group, were notified by Killik & Co LLP ("Killik") on 6 March that following the disposal of 600,000 ordinary shares on 5 March, Platform Securities LLP, on behalf of various discretionary clients of Killik, holds the voting rights in respect of 2,099,450 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.61% of the total voting rights.
