PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP Group or the Group) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) hereby reports, that PJSC NCSP received notification on 5 November 2013 from LLC Transneft-Servis, a subsidiary of Transneft JSC, that it holds an interest in 2 021 944 167 ordinary shares of PJSC NCSP, representing 10.5% of the issued share capital of PJSC NCSP (19 259 815 400 ordinary shares total).
