MirLand Development Corporation plc announces that it received notification on 1 December from FIL Limited (formerly known as Fidelity International Limited) that, following a disposal on 28 November 2008 of 1,083,523 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.435 each, FIL Limited is now interested in 4,075,635 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.94% of the Company's total voting rights.
