DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 18 December 2008 that Aviva plc & its subsidiaries have decreased their notifiable interest from 32,110,947 to 30,618,959 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.79% of the relevant share capital. This results in their number of voting rights being 20,970,260 (direct) and 9,648,699 (indirect).
