Holdings in Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc

Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the "Company") has been informed that Actis IDH B.V., a holding company ultimately controlled by Actis GP LLP in its capacity as the General Partner of each of the limited partnerships comprising Actis Global 4 and Actis Africa 4 (the "General Partner"), and which holds a 21% shareholding in the Company, has today entered into an agreement to transfer its entire shareholding in the Company to an affiliate, Actis IDH Limited, as result of an intra-group reorganisation. Actis IDH Limited is also ultimately controlled by the General Partner.

The transfer is subject to various conditions being satisfied and further announcements will made upon closing of the transaction to the extent required.
