CareCapital (AIM: CARE), the healthcare real estate developer and owner, was notified on 11 June 2012 by Mr Trevor Brown that, following the acquisition of 1,233,333 ordinary shares in CareCapital, he has a beneficial interest in 15,334,001 ordinary shares, which represents 9.38% of the Company's current issued share capital.
