London, 15 December 2009 - The Company was notified on 14 December 2009 that on 10 December 2009, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. increased its holdings in the Company to 20,165,198 ordinary shares, representing 5.07 per cent of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company, being 397,767,219 ordinary shares.
