Significant share holding

 On 24 April 2009, pursuant to the placing of 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, the Company received notification that Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiaries now has an interest in the Company representing approximately 4.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiaries remain interested in 2,072,838 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
