The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 11 June by Frederick Krueger that following the disposal of 16,500,000 ordinary shares, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 72,981,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
