Avingtrans PLC10 May 2005 Avingtrans plc (the "Company") were advised in a letter received on 9 May 2005,that following the sale of 25,000 ordinary shares of nominal value 5p on 5 May2005, F&C Asset Management plc's holding in the Company has decreased from3,008,333 ordinary shares to 2,983,333 ordinary shares.
