Acquisition of shares by ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as trustee of the Bespak PLC Employee Share Ownership Trust.

Consort Medical plc announces that ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited ("Trustee"), as trustee of the Bespak PLC Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust"), on 21 October 2010 purchased 51,290 ordinary 10p shares at a price of 4.835660 pence per share.

The Trust is a discretionary employee benefit trust and may benefit employees of Consort Medical plc including executive directors and its subsidiaries at the discretion of the Trustee.

Following this purchase, the interest of the Trust in the share capital of the company is 187,227 ordinary shares, on which dividends are waived, representing approximately 0.64684% of the ordinary shares in issue.
