The Company announces that it received notification on 28 February 2014, that Omnicane International Investment Co Ltd ("Omnicane"), a subsidiary of Omnicane Limited, was interested in 19,578,954 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 28.2 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Jacques d'Unienville, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director of Omnicane Limited.
