The Company was notified yesterday that Toscafund Asset Mangement LLP had acquired through a series of share purchases a total of 1,495,231 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price ranging from 53.75 to 54.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 8th February and is now interested in an aggregate of 252,851,855 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 56.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
