Holding in Company
Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified today that JH Gunn and Mrs RS Gunn purchased a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 15 June 2012. Consequently, they are in aggregate interested in 17,957,902 ordinary shares representing 6.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
