The Company received on the 27th of June 2014 a notification from Ingalls & Snyder LLC, stating that, following trades made on the 26th of June 2014, Ingalls & Snyder has an interest in 8,752,295 ordinary shares which represents 4.10% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 213,718,250 ordinary shares.
