Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 18 February 2009 that, as a result of an acquisition of ordinary shares in ViaLogy ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 February 2009, Barclays PLC holds 25,341,190 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights) which represents approximately 5.03 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the Company.
These shares are held indirectly by Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Walbrook Trustees (Jersey) Ltd.
