DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTThe company was notified on 10th January by Dresdner Kleinwort WassersteinGroup Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Allianz AG, that Allianz AG and itssubsidiaries now hold a notifiable interest in 14,663,760 ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company, representing 17.34% of the total shares in issue.
