The Company announces that it received notification that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 October 2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 177,479,412 Ordinary Shares which represents 27.34% of the current voting rights of the Company.
