The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on Wednesday 16 March 2016 that Bim Sandhu has acquired 90,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") and as such is the beneficial owner of 3,950,000 Shares in the capital of the Company. The shareholding equates to 5.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
