NMT Group PLC13 February 2006 13 February 2006 NMT Group PLC ('NMT' or the 'Company') Holding in the Company NMT announces that it was notified today that Volvere PLC, following thepurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares in NMT on 10 February 2006, now holds1,162,424 ordinary shares in NMT, representing approximately 13.3% of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company. NMT also announces that Volvere PLC has today notified the Company that it isinterested in a contract for difference over a further 1,306,600 ordinary sharesin NMT, representing 15.0% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
