On 27 March 2009, Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a result of a disposal of 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 March 2009, Columbia National Investments Ltd(a substantial shareholder), has a beneficial interest in 74,200,000 ordinary shares of the Companyrepresenting approximately 25.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 288,587,847 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share.
