HC Slingsby PLC (AIM: SLNG), one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that it was notified on 6 June 2024, that Karen Williams sold 67,835 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company on 5 June 2024, representing 6.46% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Accordingly, Karen Williams no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
