Tricorn, the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it was notified today that, following the sale between 9 December 2010 and 13 December 2010 of a total of 224,640 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Joe Grimmond is now interested in 1,801,956 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.61 per cent. of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
