10 November 2008 Surface Transforms plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company The Company received notification on 6 November 2008 that, on the same day,C.Gledhill Ltd acquired 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
