Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "the Company"), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices, was notified on 18 February 2011 that Mr A Mortazavi's shareholding is less than 3 per cent and as such is no longer a significant shareholder in the Company.
