TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company received notice on 15 July 2008 from Armor Capital Management, LLC, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now directly holds voting rights in respect of shares representing 3.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
