MTI Wireless Edge Ltd ("the Company") announces that it has received notification from its majority shareholder MTI Computers that it has purchased 1,116,000 Ordinary Shares at 17p on 29th July 2008 and has a revised notifiable interest in 26,751,897 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 51.2% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
